Who should register as a student representative in this form?

All elected student representatives must register using this form. See the descriptions of the different roles to determine whether it applies to your position.

What if I’m elected to multiple roles?

When registering in the form, you have the option to select multiple roles. For example, if you are a class representative and have also been elected to the student council board, you can select both of these roles in the form.

What should I do if I’m elected to a new role?

You can simply fill out the form again to register your new role. You can select more than one role, so if you hold multiple positions, just check off all the roles you have.

How many times can I register in the form?

If you notice incorrect information about yourself in the register, you can submit the form again to update it.
However, if this needs to be done multiple times, it’s better to contact us at studentparlamentet@oslomet.no.
Misuse of the form will result in being blocked.

What kind of information is available in the student representative register?

Name, study program, role and duration of the position, as well as the email address of the representative will be visible in the register. If you filled out the “Additional Information” field when submitting the form, this will also be visible to anyone who searches for you in the register. The register is accessible to all students and staff at OsloMet who need to get in touch with student representatives.

Why should I register?

By registering in the student representative register, you enable yourself to carry out your role properly. The Student Parliament and OsloMet use the register to contact representatives with important information. In addition, once registered, you will be added to the Teams group “Student Representatives at OsloMet”, where you’ll find useful links and files relevant to your role.

How to find your student representative

Go to the student representative register and select your faculty, department, study program, and the role you’re looking for. If you’re looking for your class representative, select “Class Representative” in the role field. The name and contact information of the person serving as class representative for your class will appear on the right-hand side of the page. If you click the name, the email address will be copied so you can send them an email.

How to get an overview of groups of representatives

If you want an overview of several representatives, simply select the role you are interested in. For example, if you want a list of everyone in the SFR leadership team, select “SFR Leadership Team” in the role field, and a list will appear on the right side of the screen. Then click the yellow button at the bottom left that says “Copy email addresses”, and you’ll get an email list of everyone in the SFR leadership team.
